On-going strength in our order book has allowed investment in a number of areas across the business. 2011 has seen our Patternshop layout changed to improve our laminating and painting facilities, additional tooling storage has been purchased, all 6 CNC machines are now dust extracted and we have liberated space for our 7th. Our moulding facility has seen PU processing upgrades, additional paint preparation plant purchased and a significant investment in dust extraction for our moulding preparation area. The driving force behind the changes, expansion and investment within our factory layout comes from the belief that UK manufacturing will remain one of the strongest business sectors within the UK and underlines the message that Midas is here for the long-term.
