Modelmaking is an ideal process to gain stakeholder approval, debug the design and assembly requirements or launch new products at exhibitions and for marketing photo shoots.
Block or space models can be as basic as a foam model to show the desired outer shape for design review or as complex as a fully finished 'working' model to represent the final product.
Most of our block models are CNC machined directly from polyurethane or epoxy tooling boards with densities available from 0.1g/cc to 1.3g/cc ensuring we have a material to perfectly suit your application.
