We feel overwhelmed and honoured to win the award for Energy Management by the Energy Institute
As a globally recognised award, with 120 entries from over 27 countries, the competition was pretty serious; just being shortlisted was a major achievement!

- Nottingham City Council - Powerpoints Energy Competition
- Shell Tilburg - Energy Efficient Site
The award criteria required evidence of significant management commitment, along with clearly defined targets and the development of a carbon and energy reduction strategy. Staff training and knowledge sharing was a key aspect and seen as a crucial element for future success, which would in time inspire others.
Winning this award is fantastic for all involved at Midas and underlines all the hard work, but more importantly, it helps provide a platform to raise awareness and show how small UK manufacturing companies can make a difference and help stall climate change.
