Our experienced patternmakers and metal machinists have a suite of CADCAM stations along with seven large scale CNC milling machines at their disposal.
This investment has enabled Midas to reduce lead-times, improve accuracy and surface finishes on a range of materials and products.
Our Toolroom currently houses 6 large vertical machining centres and one 2.5 metre horizontal machine.
These 7 CNC machines running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week give us considerable capacity to ensure the shortest possible lead times.
With a maximum working envelope of appx. 2.5m x 1.5m x 1m and the ability to cut any material on any machine, inlcuding polyurethane and epoxy tooling boards, cast and billet aluminium and steel we have complete control over this extensive capacity.
