We have a dedicated assembly department complete with ESD (Electro Static Discharge) protection and a number of very skilled personnel.
Our aim is to complete all aspects of the moulding assembly so that our customers receive a complete sub-assembly that is ready to be attached to their science or technology.
This assembly work can include aspects such as gaskets, pipework, wiring looms, LED's, power supplies, solar panels, hinge fittings, chassis alignment, label application, screen printing and all basic mechanical and electronic assembly.
This final process aids quality control, reduces order lines and bill of materials (BOM) requirements and ultimately improves shipment times.
