Midas MRIM™ is the name we give to our unique composite resin tooling system which is used to produce the highest quality polyurethane RIM mouldings. The most complex of mould tools can be made, including vertical faces, undercuts, metal inserts and collapsible cores in the shortest of lead-times, and all are guaranteed for up to 10 years or 5000 cycles.
All parts are manufactured from a rigid polyurethane which is specified to UL94/V0 flame retardant standards and thick and thin sections are possible with no risk of sink marks. Midas MRIM™ can be used for parts ranging in size from A4 up to 2.5m x 1.0m x 0.5m or 30 KG in weight.
