Why Visit:
You can’t beat face-to-face discussions to solve a design engineering, production engineering or supply problem. Engineering Materials Live provides the perfect opportunity to meet with a portfolio of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable leading suppliers. Your time here won’t just save project or production time and money – it can also open up new and rewarding opportunities that you may not otherwise have considered!
Engineering Materials Live will help you solve challenges and find solutions in light-weighting, materials selection, metal replacement, glass replacement, reinforced materials, structural materials, sustainable materials, multi-material joining and more.
Every exhibitor is UK based so all their specialist application advice and products are readily available to you. And their expert advice is free! It is common to see some of the UK’s top design engineers and production professionals bring samples or drawings with them for expert appraisal and discussion. So feel free to bring your design or production challenges with you!
According to on-going visitor research it is a fact that more than 90% of all FAST Exhibition visitors have achieved the objectives of their visit. The unique ‘Roadshow’ format of Engineering Materials Live provide answers for busy people who want to get in, get round, get answers/solutions and get back to work with the minimum of time and fuss.
The Exhibition opens for business at 08:30 especially for those wishing to make an early start. Entry to the event at the National Motorcycle Museum is by pre-registration ONLY.
Pre-register in advance for a VIP Visitor badge and claim free exhibition entry, free parking, a free breakfast roll and drink on arrival and pass to the Motorcycle Museum collection (otherwise priced at £9.95.)
Midas Exhibition Stand
Renowned for our capability for producing large, low volume RIM mouldings, the Midas stand will have a number of mouldings on display and visitors will be able to closely examine and judge for themselves the high quality parts that we manufacture for so many customers, across many industry sectors.
One example of the use of such mouldings is in the casing of scientific instruments, as shown in the attached image, for which Midas makes no less than 30 complex parts - a selection of which will also be on show at the exhibition. With Midas staff on hand to answer questions about the company’s unique production process, we hope you will find this a thoroughly informative day out. In the meantime why not take a sneaky peak at the process that enabled us to achieve thisfantastic project - click here
