At Midas we appreciate that we are entrusted with our Customers valuable IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and treat this information with the greatest respect.
All of our staff are required to sign internal confidentiality agreements, all manufacturing data is kept within our secure file server with strictly controlled access permissions and of course, access to sensitive factory areas is strictly prohibited to visitors.
All visitors to Midas, without exception, are expected to enter into a binding confidentiality arrangement before being given access to ANY manufacturing areas, and then only when any sensitive work has been removed or made secure.
We would be glad to enter into your own NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or confidentiality agreement; simply email it through prior to your visit and we can prepare it in readiness for your arrival.
